Systemd/Resolvd required manual override. Script workaround or see if this is going to be an issue in 20.04

Description

Many of the containers stopped resolving archive.ubuntu.com (I have not made any changes to the containers outside of updates so.... WTF ubuntu?). In order to run updates I manually replaced the "automagic" linked file with an un-symlinked /etc/resolv.conf .

Fucking kids.

It works for now but I will have to look at which of the "4 ways" to get name resolution on the stock installations are using and weather this stupidity is going to be an issue with the new release.

Whatever solution makes sense should be integrated into the cloud init scripts or managed through ansible.
