Description

It's time to upgrade Kate.

Need to create a MOP.

Should create seperate ticket to move zfs disks with sdX to by-id before starting.

(Should move all containers to BS2020 as part of the MOP)
(May consider fresh install over upgrade)

I think that this could be done safely using the do-release-upgrade like bernie.
I think we should scratch build these boxes when Ubuntu releases zfs booting (currently supported in 20.04 desktop) into the server distribution.

  • Upgraded to LTS.
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled LXD
  • Deleted and reinitialized devel and infra pools
  • Deleted array containing failed disk using ssacli (1tb ssd)
  • moved containers back to bk2018

Rebooted to test if deleting array fixes the hanging at boot time. (It appears to)

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
