Update Naomi to 20.04

• Down
• Copy
• do-release-upgrade

Hopefully that will work.
Otherwise stand up a new server and rebuild/document the services.

Need to document making container snapshots before major upgrades.
Not downing the server. Letting it run its course. Worse case I lose the irc lac of conversation or miss an email or two.

tls issues with imap.

Dns seems fine. (there were some named.conf.options incompatibilities to work around)
